A specialist in universal design and sports management, Florian led the accessibility program for the venues of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, making sure the needs of every audience were taken into account.

Building on this experience, he founded VivAccess to guide public and private organizations toward inclusive environments, ensuring consistent, systematic accessibility grounded in a deep understanding of real-world use.

An architect and urban planner, Pedro is an international expert in inclusive planning for major events (Paris 2024, Lima 2019), with solid experience in project management and universal accessibility consulting.

His track record includes proven expertise in leading urban development projects, as well as in the technical coordination of accessibility applied to the design of sports facilities, residential developments and public spaces.
